With the introduction of the D3 FX-format camera Nikon announced a few new lenses to go along with it. This covers the 14-24mm and offers the widest of angles and areas where some progress has been in lens technology in recent years.
Build and handling
This lens is a professional equipment and the build quality is excellent, even went so far as a rubber gasket around the mount to prevent the ingress of moisture when the lens is attached to the camera.
