March 9th, 2011

Photojojo’s latest novelty is the cam Fujifilm Instax Mini 50, handsome piano black. The instant film camera is slimmer and smaller, and still packs in a few new features. And although he was not Lady Gaga responsible for design and strategy, it is shameful embarrassment Fujifilm Polaroid poor efforts in recent years.

At 4.5 x 4 x 2 inches, the Instax mini is really (in the film camera terms), and adds a two-shot self-timer, a smart (car) flash and a crisp black coating. The lens 60mm, you get exposure compensation (but remember, every shot is a frame of film used) and a removable close-focus lens will let you shoot as close as one inch (without the adapter, the focus range is from just below the two feet and off into infinity).

Last night I was eating in a bar with the lady and some friends. A guy came in with a giant instant camera (a larger Instax, by the look of it). He offered to our photo money to take. This used to be commonplace, but now it’s almost laughable. I do not begrudge the poor man a living, but there were at least four cameras at our table, and not only in mobile phones. It’s like the wandering vendors of pirated DVDs who approach me in a bar when I read my iPad and try to sell me a movie. I’m all like, “Dude?”

Anyway, the Instax watching a real-life Instagram be, although you’ll have trouble sharing the photos. It will cost you $ 149 in the Photojojo shop (with two 20-exposure film thrown). Further film will cost $ 22 per litter, you have to remember why God finally deigned to our digital cameras as well as Sony DCR-DVD650 Camcorder.

March 9th, 2011

sony nex3 Sony NEX 3 not canned

“The camera was not canceled,” said Georghiades Pocket-lint this year at Focus On Imaging show in Birmingham, when we asked what was going on with the model launched last year as well as Sony DCR-DVD650 Camcorder. “It’s one more thing that we wanted to make the amount we made and then stopped production.” The comments to clarify rumors circling the web that the company had the camera look after it stopped production in Japan in February.

Earlier in the month, Sony officially told us: “Regarding your question about the NEX-3 -. Japan is ready for production and no other information available at this time ” Sony says that those who want the interchangeable-lens camera still in sports will be able to pick it for the moment. Enough stock still in stores, which last for the next two months.

After that … Well, it would be unthinkable for Sony to launch a follow-up, something that when we Georghiades chuckled at him. It would mean new models on the horizon (the NEX-3 1 years old in May)? While Sony would not officially spill the beans, we expect that it probably does mean exactly that.

The stand folds from a compact package and acts as a normal mini three legs. Add the included adjustable shoulder straps and can be clipped almost anything you can wrap around those tapes. Once in place, you can change the angle of the head and lock it in place with a thumbscrew.

The only thing I would add would be a sort of safety belt. The Action Tripod seems bound to remain firmly attached to what you have, but tripod screws have a way of working itself loose, especially when shaking and vibrating. Video Tripod Action is now available for $ 25.
